And even when all of the flowers are spent and scattered on the ground, they are still beautiful. Just like a mother. Sending Mother’s Day love to all of the mothers in my world. Local friends! I am teaching two introductory classes at Summa Eruditus in Poughkeepsie this and next week, and I will be teaching in-person yoga and Yoga Nidra series this autumn. Summa Eruditus is a brand new wellness and connection center right in the heart of the City of Poughkeepsie!

Join me for an introductory early morning class tomorrow (Wed 9/3) at 7:30 AM, and an introductory sunset class next Tuesday, 9/9 at 6:00 PM. You are welcome to drop in, but registration in advance is strongly encouraged for planning purposes. Contact me directly if you plan to attend the morning class, and you can either contact me or inquire through the website for next week's sunset class.

In September, look for an all-level morning yoga class as well as an evening Yoga Nidra deep relaxation series. If you'd like to be added to my mailing list please let me know!

Located on 11 Garden Street just off the Main Mall, on a very cute block, Summa Eruditus is going to be featuring wellness classes and offerings including holistic wellness practices, healing, yoga, pilates, fitness. SE will also offer financial wellness and financial literacy classes, as well as community connection gatherings.

I am excited to be partnering with Summa Eruditus and the skilled team of teachers and healers who are coming together in a wonderful space.

It’s been a minute but I wanted to let you know that I’ll be teaching channeled healing classes this summer! Join us for the Intermediate level Integrated Energy Therapy ™ classes on Saturday, July 12. You need to have completed the Basic level class to enroll. The Intermediate Level attunement expands, realigns, & restructures the 3rd pair (mental) and 4th pair (karmic) of your 12-Strand DNA. Hands-on training and guided experiential practice art part of the class.
