We help you navigate and use your breast pump insurance benefit and provide breastfeeding, lactation, and pumping education. We offer a weekly clinical breastfeeding support group, as well as in-home, in-store, and virtual pumping and lactation consultations. We also host parent and caregiver social groups and classes. We even develop, deploy, and manage corporate lactation programs. Our four bout

Did you know your "extra" breastmilk is life-saving medicine for local NICU babies? 🍼✨

As a proud drop site, we help get donated milk to the most fragile infants in Puget Sound hospitals. For these little fighters, donor milk reduces the risk of serious infections and supports their incredible growth.

How to help:

"I had a virtual consultation with Reyna about breast pump options. As a first-time mom, I was overwhelmed by the choices and didn’t know what I would even need. Reyna spent almost 90 minutes explaining different breast pump options, items that can help with breastfeeding, and what the overall experience can be like, so I have a better idea of what to expect when making my decision about what to purchase (rechargeable pumps, wearable cups, bottle types, etc.).
She also helped me determine the correct fl**ge size to ensure I’m starting off on the most successful breastfeeding journey possible. In addition, she is assisting me with the paperwork to bill my insurance for the pump and informing me about which items may be covered by my FSA.

I left our meeting feeling immensely grateful for her time and knowledge, much less worried about what’s to come, and confident in my path forward to getting my pump and accessories before the baby arrives. Reyna also let me know I can always reach out if I’m having trouble, need a refresher, or want to make sure my fl**ge size is still correct. I am so grateful to her!"
