A 78-year-old client improved her performance on the 6-minute walk test by 16% and her sit-to-stand by over 50%—putting her well within age group norms.
That’s not just “feeling better.”
That’s meaningful improvement in real-world function.
A lot of people assume that because I work with ultramarathoners and CrossFit athletes, you have to be a serious athlete to work with me.
That’s not the case.
My goal is to help people improve their performance—whatever that looks like for them.
For some, that’s a 240-mile race.
For others, it’s walking farther, moving easier, and staying independent.
