The Dahlia Center

The Dahlia Center Dahlia Center is committed to providing nurturing collaborative care that strengthens the mind body & spirit of our community through integrative medicine.

Dahlia Center is the collaboration of a number of different healing arts in one Center. We seek to bring many ways of healing into primary care, thereby creating the infrastructure for real health within our community. A foundational belief that guides us is that people are varied and multifaceted and that achieving better health is a personal journey. We meet people wherever they are on their journey and offer different options to help them move toward their goals. Our colocation and collaboration creates for the providers a rich and rewarding foundation from which to practice; bringing new insights and levels of understanding to each of us in a rewarding and fulfilling space. This exponentially improves the care we provide.

Every breath is a new beginning.

We are delighted to announce a new class starting tonight! .donato is offering Community Breathwork, which deeply supports the clearing of old energies, patterns, conditioning, negative thoughts and emotions- and opens the doors wide for new life and greater consciousness. This practice will be roughly 45-minutes of breathing followed by a 15-minute period for integration and relaxation. Breathwork can be performed laying down or sitting up, depending on comfort level.

Join us every Tuesday evenings to breathe together outside on the patio, and learn the practice of returning home to your breath.
