The primary focus of her practice is helping correct postural deviations and looking at how your posture may be contributing to specific problems like reoccurring pain, injuries (sports and otherwise) and compensation patterns. Focus will extend beyond the therapy sessions to look at work and home environments, aerobic and strengthening routines and other possible contributors to reoccurring issues. Modifications, referrals and stretches may be recommended to assist in the healing process. Julie has experience working with clients that suffer from conditions like Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Diabetes, as well as multiple surgeries (orthopedic and other) and car/work/home accident recovery. She has not only assisted clients with pregnancy, but has some experience using massage to assist during labor and delivery. Julie is currently NOT accepting Insurance, but rates are very reasonable.
