Ahhh! This is such an amazing day. My dear friend wrote a book, and it’s AMAZING!! Cannot put it down. This a a beautifully written memoir about her life with Lyme Disease. There are a lot of books out there about chronic illness, but this one you want to read!!

In preparation for school getting out for summer, I did a major clean out and deep clean of my fridge. Part of my process is collecting all the produce that hasn’t been used yet and chopping them up for roasting. I forgot these golden beets in the back of the fridge this week and can’t wait to bite into them tonight. Aren’t they 😍💛?!
Pro tip: I have groceries being delivered tonight. One less chore to do on our first weekend of summer break! 🙌

I call this “clean out the fridge” dinner.
Sometimes batch cooking is spending hours in the kitchen. Sometimes it’s cooking up everything that’s left in the fridge that didn’t get used that week.
All tossed together with avocado oil, sea salt, garlic powder, and turmeric.

🏠We finished building our new house this year, which is one of the many reasons it’s been a bit quiet here! But we are in love with it 😍 And now you can find us taking lots of naps, lol
🐶I’ve been working from home the last two years and my pup wouldn’t have it any other way! She knows when it’s time for work and goes into the office even before I do. She’s great at reminding me to take movement breaks 😉

This class is a 5 week program designed to help you learn just how quickly your body responds to nutrient dense foods. I guide you through a 3 week whole food challenge where we remove all sugar and processed food, and you learn to incorporate delicious REAL foods that your body needs. The class is jam packed with education so you learn WHY this works, and its fun because you join a small group of people who all do this together.
