Kitsap Hot Yoga We offer classes for all levels. Including Barre, Pilates, workshops and special trainings. Kitsap's newest Hot spot. Classes for all levels.

Please see website for updated schedule. Come in for a class on us and bring water, and a towel. We have mats and towels for rent. Relax and breathe away the winter blues in the warmth of the studio. We have classes for beginners (Low and Slow ) advanced (Vinyasa Flow, Hour of Power) and Mommy and Me for Mothers and little ones. Grab a friend and come in and try it!

You will combine yoga flows, full-body strength training and Pilates inspired core work.

You will leave this training equipped to teach class to a packed class of students. Learn how to build a class with multiple different formats to keep classes exciting and new. Learn how to build a playlist from start to the end of class that flows and keeps students engaged during this intense practice. You will learn modifications to offer during classes for students to accommodate to all levels and encourage inclusiveness within classes.

• this week's class will be an "intro to breathwork" session where we will go over the MANY restorative and healing benefits of active breathing, followed by a gentle guided session where everyone can get familiar with what exactly breathwork IS and feel the effects. //

• ready to experience yoga but unsure where to start? we suggest:
a warm slow flow class / or / warm yin class ✨

• check the schedule online (link in bio)
• sign up ahead of time (classes fill up!)
• bring a yoga mat + water + (optional) small towel for sweat
• wear comfy lightweight clothing
• get to the studio 10-15 min ahead of the class start time
• put your personal items, keys, phone, jacket, shoes, etc. in the dressing room
• bring your mat, water & towel into the yoga room and pick a spot to set up... there are no specific rules, just allow space for everyone :)
• take the remaining time before class starts to relax, breathe, stress, decompress.
• follow along with your instructor's directions & guidance
• enjoy the slow, intentional movements and how your body feels during each one

• Meeting Yourself Where You Are // This is especially important as we move into the winter months, the holiday season, and as we think about the approaching new year.

From an on the mat perspective, the colder, shorter days of winter can make practice feel trickier. It can be difficult to motivate yourself to get up and get on the mat in the mornings when it’s still dark out, or in the evenings when it’s already dark before 5PM. Joints and muscles can often feel tighter in the cold weather, and that may make the actual asanas feel a bit more challenging.

Off the mat, this is a time of year where everything seems focused on gratefulness and giving and joy, and those are, of course, important. But that can feel like a bit more of a stretch for many of us. If you’ve had a tough year or are going through a loss or transition, gratitude might feel a little tougher to access.

If you’re struggling with feeling low right now - know that you’re certainly not alone in that, and that it doesn’t make you a “bad yogi," it makes you human.

On the flip side, if productivity and big energy feels more aligned for you this time of year, then honor that too. However you’re feeling, it’s ok to honor this, to feel what you’re feeling, to meet yourself where you are.
