LoL!!! I love this cross stitch so much 😂
Remember to snag something to eat and drink some water today. I don't want to have to reschedule our massage because of pending charges. I mean I'll still be here when you get out, but who knows when that will be!?! Just come see me, we'll talk, have a nice relaxing massage and get you all feeling better.
So take care of yourself! Eat, sneak some water in there and take a couple deep breaths. ✨

LoL!! I even run my hands under hot water to warm them up and they're still freezing cold when the session starts. 🤷‍♀️

Other things I've learned are, you'll always need one more grocery bag, when you're kiddo likes a certain food the moment you buy it in bulk they stop liking it and when you find the perfect, most comfortable shoe ... They discontinue it 😭

Happy New Year!
Resolutions don't have to be huge life changing things. They can be small things like drinking more water, trying to laugh more or going for a walk. Even taking 30 seconds just to breathe more deeply. That may not seem like a big deal or a long time but you'd be surprised.
Give it a try! Find a timer, close your eyes and breathe in for 4 counts, exhale slowly 4 counts and repeat for 30 seconds.

The sound bath starts with a meditation that allows the mind to acclimate to all the surrounding noises. Cars, planes, birds and other things that are just part of everyday life. Then the music starts and you slowly breathe in and out letting the body find its resting rhythm. Breathing in and out the I sound each bowl , starting with low C and working my way through the octave, D, E, F, G, A, B till I reach high C. Each note represents a certain energy center and as I play the notes, the body and mind harmonize. I then go to each person and lightly massage the arms, legs and hold their head, which lets the body sink into total relaxation. The session space is so peaceful, the wind gently blowing through the trees, the birds in tune with the music, the cars sound like ocean waves. You become in sync with everything and when it's time you slowly come back and your body is relaxed, your mind is calm.
That's the beauty of the sound bath ✨🌻 💓

It was an honor to facilitate this for everyone who came today, those who've come before and those who will be here in the future.
