. I am also interested in the ways that our bodies, specifically our bodies in motion and in relationship to nature, affect our mental well-being. It is in and through relationship where the deepest satisfaction, as well as the most intense pain, resides in our lives. Therapy is not solely one person working on behalf of the other, but is both of us functioning to understand you. I will make every effort to understand and seek ways to come alongside you as an advocate for your well-being, as we join God's healing work and discover the playful, wild ways the spirit awakens our hearts to experience the deep joy and heartache of our world.
