This tool gently brings you back to the present moment using all 5 senses.
Try it now — and imagine yourself in your “safe place,” like a peaceful beach or cozy mountain cabin. 🏖️🏞️

💚 Here’s how:
With your eyes closed:

👀 Name 5 things you can SEE
(feel the scene come alive in your mind)

✋ 4 things you can FEEL
(sun on your skin, sand between your fingers…)

👂 3 things you can HEAR
(ocean waves, birds singing)

👃 2 things you can SMELL
(salty air, fresh flowers)

👅 1 thing you can TASTE
(maybe a juicy piece of fruit or a sip of tea)

Your body and mind send cues when they need a break—don’t ignore them! 🚨 Here are some signs it’s time for a mental health day:

⚡ Persistent fatigue – Feeling drained even after a full night’s sleep? Your adrenal glands might be overworked from chronic stress.
🤯 Brain fog – Struggling to focus, recall details, or stay productive? Mental exhaustion could be creeping in.
