With your eyes closed:
👀 Name 5 things you can SEE
(feel the scene come alive in your mind)
✋ 4 things you can FEEL
(sun on your skin, sand between your fingers…)
👂 3 things you can HEAR
(ocean waves, birds singing)
👃 2 things you can SMELL
(salty air, fresh flowers)
👅 1 thing you can TASTE
(maybe a juicy piece of fruit or a sip of tea)
🌬️ Take a deep breath in… and exhale slowly. Let your shoulders drop. Let your jaw soften.
