Sacred Breath Healing Center My aim is to provide interesting and helpful info regarding natural ways to heal body, mind & spirit Good news!! I have frequently have morning appointments.

I am now working from one office located at 414 West Main Street Wise VA 24293. Typically, my schedule stays booked up three weeks out at a time for evening and Saturday appointments. If you have to cancel appointment PLEASE give me as much notice as possible so I can fill that spot, as I have others waiting. Also I can not guarantee a quick reschedule, but know that I will get you in as soon as possible.

Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that
doing nothing is doing nothing
for you.

That being unproductive is unproductive
for you.

We’ve gotten so used to being busy,
so used to doing things with visible results,
so used to tracking our steps and logging our activity and ticking things off our to-do list,
that we’ve forgotten the importance of rest.

ā€˜Doing nothing’ and being ā€˜unproductive’ are actually doing something productive.

They are helping you recharge.
Recoup.

Reading a magazine or having a bath or sitting in the garden with a cup of coffee are not a waste of time.

Time spent rested is not time wasted.

We are not machines.
We are not robots.
We are not here to
constantly work and move and do.

We are human beings.

And sometimes we just need to be.

The opposite of recognizing that we’re feeling something is denying our emotions. The opposite of being curious is disengaging. When we deny our stories and disengage from tough emotions, they don’t go away; instead, they own us, they define us.

Our job is not to deny the story, but to defy the ending – to rise strong, recognize our story, and rumble with the truth until we get to a place where we think, Yes. This is what happened. This is my truth. And I will choose how this story ends.
