🐾Meet the Official Greeter of Sacred Breath🐾
If you’ve been to my home practice, you already know… I have a very enthusiastic member of the healing team.
His name is Soobin (yes — named after the K-Pop star!), and he takes his role as Welcoming Committee very seriously. He loves people more than food — which is saying a lot. Expect a joyful greeting and a very happy tail when you arrive!
Soobin is typically present during massage and energy sessions, and many clients find his sweet nature grounding and comforting.
For hypnotherapy sessions, he is not present so we can maintain a completely quiet, distraction-free space.
Because my practice is located in my home, I also have two cats. While I keep my space clean and professional, it is still a home environment where pets live.
If you have pet allergies or sensitivities, please plan accordingly (such as taking allergy support beforehand) or consider whether a different setting may better support you.
Your comfort is always my priority. And for those who love dogs… you’ll be warmly welcomed before we begin. 💛

Have you ever wondered what the difference is between hypnosis and hypnotherapy?
Below is a great graphic explaining the difference. It refers to hypnotherapy as therapeutic hypnosis. I use the terms hypnosis and hypnotherapy interchangeably, as it often is by other professionals.

For the few clients that saw the unfinished piece, here it is completed. I finished it last night. It's now in it's new home, my treatment room.

I normally paint with only acrylic paint. My daughter recently got me interested in "diamond painting". We had six feathers we did together and I took my three and created an acrylic painting around them.
