This is theft.

$524 lost yesterday from my Raleigh store. I wish I could say this was uncommon, it’s not. It’s daily. It’s THEFT.

This is when the insurance company pays you less than the cost of the drug and you get to decide if you want to fill it or send the patient to a chain who can absorb such a loss. We had twenty claims yesterday we sold at a loss (often more) …talk about a gut punch.

Patients surely don’t understand and frankly neither do I.

Maybe one day pharmacists will go on strike in an effort to put an end to this mess.
