Upper abdominal pain is so common, so don't feel that you are alone. It is something that I help a lot of people with. If you are thinking that you have the symptoms of GERD gastrointestinal reflux disease, I always advise to be sure to get checked out to make sure that is what it is, and not something else even more serious. Some cases of GERD can get quite serious, and you may benefit from concurrent medical treatment and acupuncture.

This is a must watch TEDX video if you care about your health or the health of your loved ones. Most people can benefit from acupuncture in some way. Yet, only 2% of the population if that utilize it. It can’t just be because of the needles because most people willingly choose much much more invasive care and procedures not to mention pharmaceuticals with all of their side-effects. Perhaps it is much more of a cultural mindset of one and done. Like just give me a quick fix for this one problem like foot pain for example. What if we flipped that around to loving and giving our bodies what we need on a daily basis as a journey of health and abundance? Adding regular acupuncture to your health routine is one way.
