We’re producing another video—this time showing you the manufacturing and repair process for CT tubes. DirectMed is the exclusive distributor of the new ALTA750D, ALTA750G tubes, and repaired Straton Z tubes.

This advanced facility features modern equipment, clean rooms, and a top-tier R&D team—all dedicated to delivering the highest quality diagnostic imaging tubes available on the market. During filming, we took a look at the new ALTA series, which are OEM replacement tubes for Toshiba systems, and the repaired Straton CT X-ray tubes that fit Siemens systems.

To celebrate the season, our team came together for a holiday potluck, sharing homemade food, and some fun white elephant gifts. As usual, the office chefs showed off their favorite dishes and others showed off their best ugly sweaters.

Holiday Cheer Meets Dedication! Several of our offices gathered for festive parties and a nice dinner on Friday—great food, bowling, and plenty of laughs. We even had a part ship NFO from our holiday party, talk about service!

We drove a vital part to the restaurant, ensuring it got where it needed to go, so that our ops team could join us at the party, rather than waiting for the courier. Even during the celebrations, our team always comes through!

We look forward to 2025, a year of growth and exciting new opportunities as we continue to expand.

We recently installed a Toshiba Titan MRI for our client in Louisiana. Days later a hurricane hit.

Every installation comes with its own challenges. The DirectMed Imaging team tackled site-specific issues and fine-tuned the console area with custom wall-mounted monitors and a recessed console for optimal operational comfort.

After a successful installation, a hurricane caused power surges, damaging pumps and transformers. Our team swiftly returned to replace the damaged parts, ensuring the system was back up and running smoothly.
