UPDATE- Mr. Chesser has been located safe! The lookout for him is cancelled.

The family of Elmer James Chesser reported him missing at approximately 11:30 PM last night. Despite an active search for Mr. Chesser, he has not been located. He stands 6’00” tall and weighs 170 lbs. He has gray hair and brown eyes. Mr. Chesser goes by the name “Jim” and was last seen in the area of Haddonfield Court in Powder Springs. The picture on the right shows Mr. Chesser in the exact clothing he was wearing when last seen: dark blue shorts, a light blue t-shirt, a light-colored baseball cap, white socks and slide-type sandals.

Anyone who sees Mr. Chesser or has knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to call Cobb County Emergency 911 or (770) 499-3911.
