DO YOU KNOW WHAT WATER YOUR DRINKING?
Dr.Scott did a water test with what we drink daily- still, sparkling and bottled water. The results were CRAZY!
*Kirkland brand bottled water & water were WINERS with the least PPM.
*Healthy drinking water generally has a Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) level between 50 and 300 ppm, with 50–150 ppm often considered ideal for optimal taste and mineral content. While levels up to 500 ppm are considered safe by the EPA, levels over 500 ppm may indicate excessive minerals or contaminants.
TDS PPM Levels Breakdown
* 0–50 ppm (Low): Generally very pure (often RO-filtered), but may taste flat.
* 50–150 ppm (Ideal): Best taste, containing balanced, healthy minerals.
* 150–300 ppm (Good): Acceptable, mineral-rich, and commonly found in tap water.
* 300–500 ppm (Fair/Safe): Safe, but might taste hard or mineral-heavy.
* Over 500 ppm (Unsafe/Poor): High TDS, potentially poor taste, and may indicate contamination.
