Journey of Health
I am a Navy veteran who was thrown a curve ball in 2016. I was diagnosed with a non cancerous brain tumor. I have undergone an 12 hour surgery and 6 weeks of radiation to keep the tumor down in size. That is where my journey to become healthy and strong started. Step one, in my transformation, was to get my mind healthy. I was introduced to Reiki through my recovery and that changed the game for me. Reiki is a spiritual healing art that uses hands on healing which a universal energy is transferred through the palms to the patient. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of activating the spiritual healing process of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Reiki can ease tension and stress and help the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels-physical, mental and emotional. I then, made it my life's mission to become a Reiki Master and help others in my community. I also discovered the healing power of essential oils and the power it had on my body and spirit. I became a disturber of Crystal Sage oils. The blends are the results of 20 years of research on essential oils and their actions with each other and human body and mind, the study of Native American plant remedies and error with family and friends. Each bottle of our oil and AromaMist spray all have anywhere from 2-18 crystals inside. The Second step was my healing my soul, I then started reading, mediating and finding several spiritual groups that really opened up my eyes to a mindful world, full of love. The third step was getting my body healthy so I can fight this tumor and all the symptoms that come along with it. I then started to study Naturopath and began educated myself on what I was putting in my body. Which leads me to the last step the drive, to not only help my family and I but to help everyone. I just want to take everything that I have leaned and everything I am still learning and help transform lives. I do this because I care deeply about health and hope that we can all lead a healthy long life to be the best version of ourselves. Let me help you become the best version of you.
