You might have heard of the great benefits of yoga – greater flexibility, improved strength and balance, relief of pain, tension, tightness and stress.
➡️You might also be apprehensive to come to a yoga class because you aren’t quite sure what to do and how to do it.
This is your opportunity to comfortably dip your toes into yoga - and it kicks off in 3 weeks!
Over the course of 3 sessions you will:
✨Learn a series of commonly taught and highly effective yoga poses. We’ll cover the names, the common alignment principles and ways you can adjust these poses to make them work for your body
✨Learn to incorporate a deeper and more conscious breath alongside the yoga poses
✨Explore mindfulness techniques to help optimize brain and nervous system functioning
✨Have ample time for questions and conversation - something you can’t always get in a normal group yoga class!
Absolutely no prior yoga or even physical fitness experience required! We welcome all bodies and backgrounds to this supportive, judgment free series.
We will meet Sundays 2/22, 3/1 & 3/8 from 2-3:30pm at 💛
