Today's Beehive's Annual Dogwood Trail and Picnic Day event featured a visit to the stunning Sequoyah Hills Dogwood trails. Each year, we look forward to admiring the beautiful foliage and residences in the area. The CAC driver provided outstanding service, allowing us to fully appreciate the statues and flowers along the way. Our chefs prepared a wonderful lakeside picnic, complete with deli sandwiches, fruit salad, chips, cookies, and other goodies. The lovely weather and great company made the day a memorable one.

We had such a lovely Easter here at Beehive. Some bunny definetly loves us.

We had some assistance this year while dyeing our Easter Eggs. Our young helper enjoyed the experience as much as we did.

In March, we undertook a project to paint spring flower pots, and the planting phase has now commenced. The array of vibrant colors is delightful. Spring is truly in the air.

We were off to the races, the shamrock races. We each took turns rolling dice to see how far our shamrock would make it. The first person to get our shamrock to the end won! Thank you Kelly and Loralie!

So many beads. Ronna and Wanda came and helped us make bracelets. We laughed a lot. Thank you ladies!

Mike has been singing for us for several years now. He sings oldies, goodies, musicals, holiday songs, pop, country, Elvis, but I think my favorite is that he wants to sing what makes our residents smile.

We celebrated St. Patrick's Day by dressing in green and with a visit from Amy of UT Home Care Services, who treated us to Shamrock Shakes and engaged us in St. Patrick's Day trivia. Several residents discovered they had Irish ancestry. Everyone had a good time.
