I'm still here! I haven't posted for a long time but I am finally able to focus on something other than doctor appointments and I'm catching up!

I hope all of you have enjoyed your summer. It has passed so fast that I can hardly keep up. I was sitting in my chair this morning with a cat in my lap, a cup of coffee in my hand and watching over a hundred Sand Hill cranes in the field across from our house and just enjoying it all. It was a perfect time to focus on compassionate objectivity. It makes life a lot easier to feel compassion and not get caught up in the negative energy that is bombarding all of us.

The healing center has some interesting new stones and I've brought some of the dragons and other creations from my collections to add to the selection.

Good morning and happy Fourth of July! I'm trying to wrap my mind around the fact that half a year is gone!

I have a group of people who are on a vision quest coming to the center in a few weeks. This originates in Idaho and includes music, drumming, ceremonies, etc. in addition to a visit to the Medicine Wheel on the Big Horn Mountains. Hello, everyone! I hope you are all geared up for the Gem and Mineral Show on Friday and Saturday. The show is at the fairgrounds and the hours are 1:00 to 7:00 on Friday and 9:00 to 5:00 on Saturday. I'll be there with lots of goodies and I'm looking forward to seeing you! Stop by my tables and say hi!

Our crystal healing class has come and gone. We had an amazing group of powerful women! I would like to thank all of you who participated. I hope we get to do some more classes before long. We have so much to learn about our shifting energies and we can have fun doing it! Love and hugs to all of you!

Are you enjoying this beautiful day?? Spring is full of surprises and I like most of them, especially the flowers coming up that I didn't plant. It looks like our crystal class will be blessed with temperatures in the mid-seventies. Awesome!

Just a heads up. The Eternal Ice Healing Center will be closed on Saturday, Mar 3rd for the class. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 6th.

Our crystal healing class is a week away! I can't tell you how excited I am. If you are still thinking about attending, give me a call at 307-254-8536. I still have some room.

I have been on this journey for 40 plus years and have learned every step along the way. It has been my greatest joy to share my experiences with my people so they can heal themselves. And now we find ourselves at a crossroads of choices in this time of a spectacular shift in energy. Are we looking back to doing things in the old ways or are we choosing to move forward to accelerated energy and ascension? Your choice!

Our world is in upheaval at this time of shifting. Here again is a choice. We can choose to put our energy into the negativity OR we can focus on a different way of being. Contemplate compassionate objectivity! Begin to view what is going on in the whole world from a point of compassion. Add to that the objectivity. Don't buy into the emotions that are flooding the world. Focus on how you would like your world to be and begin to create that. It's a beautiful place to be!

I was sitting here wondering who I am in this intense energy shift. What choices can I make to internalize the energy needed to thrive in a world mired in negativity? Where is my focus? Do I get caught up emotionally in what I see in the world? Or, will I begin to focus on how I wish to live and be going forward? If we focus on negativity, we simply add our energy to it. It is time to add that energy to creating a more beautiful way of being. I'm choosing to live in love.

My class on May 3rd is fast approaching. There is still time to sign up to attend. Learning to heal yourself will benefit you in so many ways. Feeling the energy of the stones and crystals is an eye-opener and learning how each can help us will aid us in learning how we can be in peace and healthy. Hello, my friends!

It's been a long time since I've posted and I hope to rectify that in the coming days. One thing I've found out about pain is that I can't focus for very long. I've had four surgeries this year and am headed for one more. I'm bionic by now!!

The Eternal Ice Healing Center is open Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00-5:00 pm. I've been raiding my private collection of crystals and will be selling them starting next week. I also have a collection of peacock colored dragons that are no longer available on the market. There are four pieces: 1 male, 1 female, one juvenile and one baby. They will be sold as a set. For anyone looking for an amazing piece for an office or home, I have a bronze/gold sculpture that is an eagle. It sits on a large cluster of Amethyst and is 30 inches across. It is also heavy!! I will be posting photos in the next few days, so look for them!
