This, this right here is why we do what we do! 81 of you showed up to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal tonight. 81!!! In all my years as coordinator (5) I’ve never had such attendance!! All hands were needed on deck and that’s exactly what happened! The Care Center team came together and helped put together additional seating, helped served residents who didnt have family attend, I am so thankful! I was/am brought to tears to see the recreation room & lobby filled with such love & laughter! To see smiles on all the faces, family interaction and memories being made is just something I will never forget. Thank you to the families who adapted and waited while we got more tables and chairs set up. Laura, Vonnie & Pam thank you for being rockstars, amazing cooks & a great team. You all put your heart and soul into making this a success. This was one for the books!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Thank you for sharing this evening with us & thank you for sharing your loved ones with us!! My heart is so full & thankful!!
