T&J No Limit Fitness is the premier fitness facility in Powell Ohio. Our highly qualified, supportive staff is here to give you the direction and motivation you have been looking for to achieve all of your fitness goals. At T&J we believe in providing the best knowledge and service for all of your fitness needs under one roof. Our diverse high end group fitness classes include Strength Training, Strength/ Cardio Vascular blend, High Intensity, Core Training, Boxing and Yoga. Our knowledgeable, interactive trainers make our group fitness classes second to none. The personal attention you will receive from our group fitness classes will make you feel like you just attended a personal session. In addition we offer a variety of premium services including Personal Training, Small Group Training, Boot Camps and Nutrition. You can have confidence when joining our facility with our staffs qualifications. The majority of our trainers have a degree in Exercises Science and all are certified by a nationally recognized training certification. All of our nutritional programs are also overseen by our registered dietitian who has received her Masters in Dietetics for The Ohio State University.

Hard work. Discipline. Confidence. 💪

We are incredibly proud of our client Colins and the work she has put in over the past year.

At just 14 years old, Colins has shown a level of discipline and consistency that inspires everyone around her. As a dedicated volleyball player, she committed to getting stronger, healthier, and more confident in her body — and the results speak for themselves.

📉 27 lbs lost
📉 10.5% body fat reduced
💪 Muscle maintained while getting leaner and stronger

But what makes this transformation truly special isn’t just the numbers.

Throughout this journey we focused on something extremely important — balance.

For many young athletes, especially girls, fitness can easily become about being skinny. That was never the goal. Our focus was on:

✔️ Fueling the body properly
✔️ Eating enough to grow and perform
✔️ Building a healthy relationship with food and body image
✔️ Learning discipline and consistency

Huge shoutout to Eric for his incredible commitment over the past few months!
Since the start of summer, Eric has been showing up 3 times a week to put in the work with Dallas. This wasn’t just about "hitting the gym"—it was a total lifestyle overhaul. By dialing in his nutrition, crushing his workouts, and keeping his daily steps and water intake high, the data speaks for itself.

The Transformation Stats:
• Total Fat Lost: 9.8 lbs 🔥
• Lean Muscle Gained: +1.1 lbs of dry lean mass 💪

The numbers are in! 💪🏼 The goal for T&J and The American Red Cross was to collect 20 units today during the blood drive. Well….we collected 25! 🎉 Thank you to all who donated, tried to donate, the volunteers, and everyone who helped and participated with advertising and assisting! Your generosity and kindness has helped make and save lives! Also we want to thank The American Red Cross for using our facility today and the work you do to help save lives.
