trength/ Cardio Vascular blend, High Intensity, Core Training, Boxing and Yoga. Our knowledgeable, interactive trainers make our group fitness classes second to none. The personal attention you will receive from our group fitness classes will make you feel like you just attended a personal session. In addition we offer a variety of premium services including Personal Training, Small Group Training, Boot Camps and Nutrition. You can have confidence when joining our facility with our staffs qualifications. The majority of our trainers have a degree in Exercises Science and all are certified by a nationally recognized training certification. All of our nutritional programs are also overseen by our registered dietitian who has received her Masters in Dietetics for The Ohio State University.

Today, we're celebrating a truly special member of our fitness family—the incredible Teri! 🥳
If you've ever seen Teri training, you know she's basically a machine in the gym. Her work ethic is next-level, her form is absolutely excellent (seriously, textbooks are jealous!), and she brings that fierce dedication from her days as a competitive tennis athlete to every single session. 💪🎾
But what we love most is her contagious energy and how much she loves to workout with her friends! Teri embodies the "stronger together" spirit of our community, always encouraging others while pushing herself to the limit. She’s been a part of our fitness journey as a long-term member, and we’re so incredibly grateful for her consistent presence and inspiration.
We have a massive soft spot for our long-time legends, and Teri is definitely one of them. She reminds us all that being part of this gym isn’t just about getting stronger; it’s about the friends and support system you build along the way.

A Decade of Grit and a Heavy Bag Down! 🥊💥
They say some things get better with age, and the bond between Dee and Theo is proof. We’re talking over a decade of training, history, and "old school" hard work.
Today, Dee reminded everyone exactly why she’s a legend in these walls. She stepped up to the heavy bag and hit it with so much heart and power that the bag actually came down! 🤯
Dee, you are an absolute inspiration to every single one of us. You prove that strength has no limits and that hard work always pays off. We are so, SO proud to have you as part of our gym family!

Proof: Your Best Results Don’t Have a Deadline 🏋️‍♀️
We just saw a new study in the Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport that confirms what we’ve seen inside our walls for years: Age is not a barrier to transformation.
The data followed women from their 20s through their 60s and found that strength gains and muscle growth happened across the board. Whether 25 or 65, the body responded. Age didn't stop the progress—the stimulus did.

If you want to know what strength, consistency, and heart look like, look no further than Joan. Today, she didn't just celebrate another year—she celebrated by crushing a 3-minute dead hang PR! 🤯 Seriously, most people half her age can’t hang that long!
Joan has been hitting the weights with Theo for over 10 years now. She shows up every single day with one goal: to work hard. She’s a constant reminder to all of us that age is just a number and that grit has no expiration date.
But it’s not just about the heavy lifting. There’s a reason we all call her "Mama" around here. Beyond being a powerhouse, she’s the soul of our gym family, always ready to share a bit of wisdom or some great advice with the younger guys. We’re all better athletes—and better people—because she’s in our corner.

Eric is a legend in our morning men’s lifting group with Theo. He’s the kind of guy who makes the early hours worth it—always bringing a great sense of humor and a positive attitude to every session. The guys absolutely love having him around; he’s a "great dude" through and through and a huge part of why our gym community feels like family.
Huge shoutout to his wife, Sue, for going all out! She stopped by to deck out the place with balloons and that "50 & Over Champion" poster that we’re definitely keeping around for a while. 😂

Dan is celebrating his 54th birthday today! 🥳
Many of you know Dan from the early morning grind with the Men’s Lifting Group. He’s been crushing it alongside Theo and a fantastic crew of guys who show up and put in the work before the sun is even up. 🏋️‍♂️
Both Dan and his wife Amy are such a big part of our community here. If you’ve spent any time around Dan, you know he’s the guy with the quick wit and the great sense of humor that keeps the energy high, even during the toughest sets. He’s always friendly, always positive, and just a great person to have in the gym. 🤩
