Since the start of summer, Eric has been showing up 3 times a week to put in the work with Dallas. This wasn’t just about "hitting the gym"—it was a total lifestyle overhaul. By dialing in his nutrition, crushing his workouts, and keeping his daily steps and water intake high, the data speaks for itself.

• Total Fat Lost: 9.8 lbs 🔥
• Lean Muscle Gained: +1.1 lbs of dry lean mass 💪
