Terrie Spell is a Certified Massage Therapist of 18 years. Terrie specializes in advanced massage and bodywork techniques. Terrie has trained with Thom Myers through Kinesis Intergration. This work entails work in the Fascial plane of the body that creates phenomenal results for pain relief. Terrie also worked for and trained under Dr. Walter Schmitt D.C.,D.O. in Chapel Hill North Carolina. Terrie performs lymphatic drainage as well. This work can help detox the body or reduce post surgical swelling. Please ask for more information by calling the office. Terrie works with diet and nutrition in her sessions by request. A holistic approach is catered to the individual. Terrie also has been Spa director of two prominent Spas. She was the director at Berry Hill Estates and opened the Spa at Virginia International Raceway. The office offers a vast array of Spa services. These include parrifin dips, scrubs, wraps, hot stone therapies, reflexology, crystal placement, and luxurious massage sessions. Beginning July 15, 2025, Bodywork Medicine will implement a new policy. A payment link will be sent to all clients and patients to confirm appointments. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation email will be sent. A 36-hour cancellation policy is now in effect. Thank you for your continued patronage.
