For 25 years, Powhatan Physical Therapy has been proud to serve the people who make our community strong: leaders, students, business owners, educators, veterans, homemakers, elders, families, and everyone in between.

We’ve watched kids grow into athletes, helped neighbors get back to work, supported recovery after surgery, and celebrated countless wins, both big and small.

PPT has always been about more than therapy. It’s about community, trust, and showing up when it matters most.

❄️ WINTER WEATHER UPDATE ❄️

For the safety of our patients and staff, Powhatan Physical Therapy will be CLOSED on Monday, 1/26 due to winter weather conditions.

✅ We plan to offer additional hours next week (weather permitting) to help everyone get rescheduled as quickly as possible.

Like the rest of the East Coast, we’re monitoring the weather and road conditions in Powhatan and surrounding areas. We may adjust clinic hours due to inclement weather, and if closures occur, we may add additional clinic hours to help with rescheduling.

Updates will be posted on our social media.
Patients with scheduled appointments will be contacted directly to reschedule.

We love our Powhatan community, and we’re here for you, no matter what the weather does. ❤️❄️

🎄✨ Even elves make mistakes… and today they really proved it. They hung Cooper’s stocking like he’s been a perfect little angel. 😅🐶 THIS is exactly why Santa makes the list… and checks it twice. 😉🎅

We love Cooper, but let’s be honest — his signature move is pretending he’s running over for pets, then juking back to Dad (Gregg) like he’s in the NFL. 🏃‍♂️🐾💨

So, in order to redeem himself, Cooper has taken on a VERY important job…
📦❤️ He’s helping organize a Supply Drive for Powhatan County Animal Control! We will be collecting food, toys, leashes, collars and blankets for our furry friends. See Dani, or any member of our staff for more info or to organize where to drop your donations!

Turns out even dogs on the Naughty List can do a little holiday good. 😉🎅💛

Powhatan Physical Therapy will be closed next Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving (November 28th and 29th).

We'll be back bright and early on Monday, December 2nd, ready to assist you with all your PT needs.
