Yesterday we presented on behalf of Lakeland Care Plus at the 2024 Employment First Conference at the Kalahari Resorts & Conventions!

Kim Eschenbauch shared insights into creating meaningful partnerships through the use of motivational interviewing!

And I shared a new tool for job developers to use as a way to get to build an “Organizational DNA & 5 Senses Profile” of the companies they are partnering with to ensure successful partnerships.

It was great being surrounded by inspiring professionals making meaningful impacts in the communities they serve!!

……. And my heart is once again exploding in the gratitude and joy of the power that is created in our time together.

There is heartfelt honest connection and support that runs deep. And it’s real.

Last night was filled with heart opening connections and conversations.

🎥 The Goddess Project movie at Cafe Slovenka.

Women bravely shared their stories that helped each other be seen, be heard, and start healing.

My heart is still smiling from the night of watching strangers become friends.

Of being in community with loved ones.

Of laughing and eating yummy treats!!

Thank you to all the women who showed up for each other and most importantly for yourself!! 💕💕

I hosted the December ‘Permission to Be’ coaching circle, in person.

💛 Hearts connected.
🤣 Laughter was shared
🗣️Voices were heard
🌿 Truth was felt from within
💥 Boundaries were strengthened

There was safety

There was heart healing

There were aha’s

There was fun

It is such an inspiring and heart warming place to be when you are in circle with women who want to lift each other up while at the same time honoring each other exactly as they are.

Without judgment. Without agenda.

My heart is happy and ridiculously grateful going to bed tonight.

Thank you Ingrid Ciano for creating the custom tumblers for my circle!! It was so fun gifting them tonight!
