🕰🕰I don’t have time 🕰🕰

I hear a lot of different reasons why others cannot care for themselves, and the most common is “I don’t have time”. The reality is that we all have the same 24 hours in a day. My question is: “Do you not have time, or is it simply not a priority?”
The chances that you may spend more than 30 minutes on either Netflix or Facebook per day are pretty high, so let’s break that down. What would happen if you used half of that 30 minutes to exercise at home? That seemingly small and insignificant 15 minutes would add up to ~100 hours of physical activity each year. Those 30 minutes per day is not such a small number anymore, is it?
Most major health facilities agree that somewhere between 85-98% of all chronic disease is caused by lifestyle, or further, choices. We need to instead ask ourselves “Do we have time NOT to be healthy?” We can make time today for health or be forced to take time later due to illness,
The best advice that I can give is to start today. The biggest thief of health is procrastination. Start simply, start small, start today, and stay consistent.


Consistency is key and you will thank yourself later, I promise.
