I wanted to take a minute to let everyone know office dog Murphy passed away in her sleep earlier this week. It was extremely unexpected and has been incredibly difficult for me to handle.
She was the best dog, and I wish more of you were able to meet her. She was the best office dog ever when she was snuck in, although she liked to lick your all hands way too much.
She was the best girl.

I had to shovel Office Dog Murphy a path for this crazy snow storm!! Douglas on the other hand….he’s trying to find the biggest piles to jump right in to.
Remember when shoveling to use good form, as silly as it seems. We are closed today, but back to normal tomorrow for anyone that may be a little sore! Stay safe everyone, we’re going to go have a snowball fight now

Winter changes!
Please:
1. Keep in mind sometimes the schedule will change, but this should be the normal for majority of the time. Day of things do pop up!
2. Office will be closed the week of December 23. It will be open December 30.
3. Weather gets spicy this time of year. Please give Dr. Alex plenty of notice if you can not make your appointment or if you are running late. No show policy will be a charge for full price visit.

All proceeds of the event will continue to benefit , a nonprofit providing educational scholarships to fallen or disabled military and first responders within our community.

Happy National Chiropractic Day!

I started down this path in September of 2016 with baby Murphy, and didn’t really know where I’d end up with it. With the help of my amazing family, friends and support team I can confidently say, I made it.
I wouldn’t trade this job for anything. I love helping patients. I love getting people back on their feet. I love getting to know their stories. I just love it.
This last weekend I sat and watched as several patients ran lap after lap at the Patriot Run, where a goal for several of them was to do it pain free…and we did it. I’m so proud of each and single one of them!!

Thank you to everyone who trusted me with their health and wellness these last few years, a statement I didn’t know I’d ever be making as a kid. Looking forward to several more years of this!!
