🌿Exciting news🌿

Hey everyone! I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates from Sacred Sage Studios. I’ve been busy behind-the-scenes and I’m over the moon to reveal our fresh new look, brand new business cards, and an amazing new location coming in August. I will be inside of Brookside Chiropractic.

It’s been a journey getting here, but every moment has been worth it. As I move into my new space, I’m reminded of how grateful I am for each one of you who have supported me along the way. Your encouragement and enthusiasm have truly made this possible.

Speaking of which, if you or someone you know is on the lookout for a massage therapist or a new one with years of experience, I am currently taking new clients! At Sacred Sage Studios, I’m committed to providing exceptional care and healing touch that goes beyond the surface.

✨There are many different modalities when it comes to massage. And contrary to popular belief, no not all therapists can do the same thing. There are different reasons and seasons why you may need or be looking for a different style or treatment during your massage. Here are 7 of the ones I perform here at Sacred Sage. I am most well known for my deep tissue. As one client put it… “you are really strong, yet you’re also very nurturing so it doesn’t feel like too much.” If you have had a bad experience before getting a massage or it didn’t meet your expectations or what you were looking for, I encourage you to keep trying to find someone who is a good fit for you. It’s just like anything else, not every client or therapist is a good fit.

✨Most modalities can be booked in 30, 60, 75, 90, and 120 minute sessions. I always encourage people if it is your first massage or you haven’t had one in awhile, it’s best to book a longer session so that the therapist has enough time to address most of your concerns or needs. For maintenance massage, most people go every 2-4 weeks. It just depends on what your needs are.
