At Champion Performance and Physical Therapy, our top priority is the health and welfare of our patients and staff. This message is intended to inform our community about our plans to address the COVID-19 in our facility.

We remain committed to serving our community and taking all steps necessary to safeguard our patients and staff. As always, we will continue to keep our facility clean by:
1. Disinfecting all common areas, treatment tables, and equipment
2. Providing clean linens (e.g. pillow cases, towel) at all patients and making hand sanitize readily available
3. Ensuring that all staff members continuously disinfect their hands.
4. Ensuring that we are limiting the clinic to less than 10 individuals at any given time.

We encourage the suspension of treatment for the following high risk populations:
- Patients over 80 years of age
- Patients over 60 years of age who have diabetes and.or high blood pressure
- Patients over 45 years of age who are or are around immunocompromised and/or have pulmonary disease

Please understand that these precautions are for your safety. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this difficult time.

For those of you who do not know, Sam Bencheghib is running over 3,000 miles across the country to raise awareness for ocean pollution. In collaboration with Paley for the Oceans and MakeAChange.World he is running to bring awareness to this rising crisis.
