Hi I’m Dr. Tracy, and I help children feel calmer, stronger, and more confident through the transformative power of aerial yoga and mindfulness. Through movement, play, and nervous system support, children learn tools to thrive both in and out of the studio.
I was once a psychologist working in a local school district and a passionate marathon runner. Then a knee injury sidelined my running. In search of healing, I turned to yoga. My knee improved, but even more powerful was how yoga calmed my mind and brought me balance.
That experience inspired me to bring these tools to the children I worked with. When I introduced breathing techniques and mindful movement, the results were incredible. Children became less reactive, more focused, and more confident. Anxiety softened, and self-esteem grew.
I knew there was even more possible outside the limits of the school system, so I started my own practice.
Later, another injury led to surgery and recovery. During that time, I discovered aerial yoga and bought a hammock to make poses more accessible. It was a game-changer. Kids loved the fun, sensory experience, and the transformations grew even greater; calmer minds, stronger bodies, improved focus, and happier kids.
Now, 11 years later, I’ve refined a unique approach that blends aerial yoga, mindfulness, movement, and play to help children build resilience, confidence, coordination, and emotional balance, all while having fun!
When children feel safe in their bodies, everything changes. Confidence rises. Anxiety softens. Joy returns.
