WBC is a nonprofit summer camp providing quality outdoor experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities since 1966. 🌲 Wisconsin Badger Camp 🌲
Mission: To serve individuals with developmental disabilities by providing quality outdoor recreational experiences. Since 1966, we’ve welcomed children and adults of all abilities to experience the joy of the outdoors. Through activities like fishing, horseback riding, arts & crafts, swimming, and camping, campers build friendships, expand social skills, and discover their full potential in a supportive, natural environment. At Badger Camp, no one is turned away based on the severity of their disability or financial situation. Everyone belongs here. 💚

🌟 A Huge THANK YOU from Wisconsin Badger Camp! 🌟

September has been a busy month for WBC, and we are so grateful for the amazing support from our community!

💙 On September 19, Tidal Wave in Platteville hosted a Charity Day on our behalf.
🎶 On September 20, we celebrated with incredible music and friends at the Lighthouse Reunion Concert at The Back Bar in Platteville.
🛻 And on September 27, we hosted our Annual Ride for a Reason ATV/UTV Ride—with stops at Home-A-Gins, LuLu's, 1835 Crossroads, Up The Street, Motor Boatn' Bar & Grill, Shipwreck, Lucky's, Stella's Pizzeria, and Dew Drop Inn before wrapping up at Camp!

None of this would have been possible without our donors, sponsors, hosts, volunteers, riders, and EVERYONE who joined us or supported these events in any way.

ℹ️These events are more than just fun gatherings—they are how WBC raises the funds needed to continue providing quality outdoor recreational experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Get ready to enjoy a day of FUNdraising! Hop on your ATV/UTV and travel through scenic Southwest Wisconsin—all while supporting Wisconsin Badger Camp’s Building Improvements. It’s the perfect mix of adventure, community, and giving back.
*All vehicles are welcome!
*Pre-registration is suggested.
*Punch cards will be available at the stops or you can contact Nate prior to the event to make arrangements to get them.
*50/50 & Quilt Raffle Along the way!
*Meal (smoked pork & chicken with sides from Soggy Bottom BBQ) & Drawings held at camp around 5:30pm
