I've spent March cacooned at home, detoxing and navigating quitting va**ng cold turkey.

I'm on day 20- v**e free!
Physically I feel great. Mentally there's still some difficulty.

Removing a toxic and highly addictive substance that had been ruling my body's neurological and Physical systems for years means being patient with the recovery.

My body is rewiring and rebooting in so many ways.

I'm so excited for this new era!
