Look for the evidence Spirit loves you.
We've been burning the candle at both ends lately and throw the stomach flu on top. We've been so busy our home has been last priority.
I asked for some ease today and guess who shows up on my door step this afternoon but two wonderful young men asking if they can mow our lawn.
Um YES you sure can!!!
Spirit is so good, what a beautiful blessing.
&& how nice it is to see our youth working hard for some cash.

No turning back now!
I packed up and turned in my keys to the place it all started.

I'm so excited for this new chapter but took the time to thank that space for holding us in so many beautiful healing sessions.

It felt right and now after the flu tried to take me out I'm back and moving full steam ahead at the new studio space!

Cheers to the beautiful past and to the beautiful future!

When spirit said to expand, I agreed.
What I didn't see coming was that, that may also include virtual sessions as well!
When we flow and follow our hearts and let spirit help us move, things can get really cool!

So although I'm still designing what a virtual session would entail excatly- I wanted to share that energy can be moved from anywhere, we don't have to be in the same room.

There is so much fun science supporting this as well as many people in this area of work who do this consistently with phenomenal results.
If you've ever had an oracle reading with me before, it touches on how much I can pick up on remotely.

I have a few ideas in my head on how I may work them.
I believe that virtual can't replace in person services, but if working from afar is more comfortable or convenient for you, then it's going to be really beneficial to have available to you.

Crystal singing bowls don't sound the same on devices like in person, however with my intention I can move the energy to you where ever you are in the country, and that's such a beautiful thing to have done in the comfort of your own space.

So stay tuned I'm a busy bee right now, but there will be something that comes of this in the future.

One of the most beautiful things about stepping into a journey utilizing sound is that every singe session is a new adventure.
Energy shifts, it's alive within us and each time we rest in beautiful sound either from singing bowls, tuning forks or both we get to experience a new Symphony within.

Consistency with sessions is highly recommend, because of this.

Getting into a Grove moving energy creates a flow, a flow into harmony, growth, and joy.

When we feel good, manifestation becomes easier, gratitude is second nature, emotional well-being is activated and a sense empowement naturally takes root.

Spiritual hygiene, intentional restoration, and mindful time to yourself is what I love to help create space for.

If you haven't booked your session for may text me soon we're almost full and I'd love to see you find your spot in my studio space.

I've been busy walking a path of in-between lately.

Holding space and gently saying good bye to the beautiful starting point of this incredible journey that birthed Solara waves.

Creating an entirely new studio space, filled with vision, hope, love and room for the beautiful unknown.

The expansion is hard not only physically building but building an energetic space that overlays onto it all.

All the while we're expanding energetically as a collective.

So much movement, so much to learn, so exaughsting, and so incredibly beautiful.
