I'll be out of office September 5th-15th
I started smoking ci******es at age 10, finally quit them two years ago by switching to vapeing and now its time to kick vapeing and start a new chapter ni****ne free. This won't be easy which is why I gave myself a large time off. I'm going cold turkey and tossing it in the trash Thursday night. The addict in me is not happy but I am ready to go toe to toe and rise above this. Thinking about how I've lived most of my life with ni****ne in my system is a hard reality to face. I forgive myself for using it as a coping mechanism for so long and I'm ready to replace it with healthy coping mechanisms instead.
Along with this huge project I am also cutting my hair, doing a heavy metals detox, parasite detox, and lung detox during this time. It's a overhaul it's a new chapter and I am so excited for the future.

Happy September🌻

The weather is changing fast making us adapt quicker. For some we have children going back to school, a new season approaching and the holidays on the horizon.
Now is not the time to bite off more than we can chew, there might feel like we have a higher demand because we're in prepare mode. (Just look at the squirrels)

Let's talk about anchor points, rhythm and routine.
As we start this new chapter of September 2025 we have the opportunity to create on a blank canvas what we want the last quarter of the year to look and feel like.

Routine are pillars, most unavoidable because we have responsibilities, and structure that promotes stability.

Rhythm is flow or fluidity that brings in spontaneous moments where tending to ourselves in the way we currently need happens.

Anchor points are check in moments throughout your day, a place to breathe, refuel, assess, and ground your energy.

The key to balance is a hard turn.
With awareness, clarity and honesty you can design your days to work with you, not against you.
Trying to out run the clock is futile- it really is. Shifting perspective around time is best.
Get comfortable with the idea that if you are in movement and meeting responsibilities, achor points and staying in rhythm your doing great and that's purpose, progess and plenty!
The self worth tied to productivity idea is a deep rooted self sabotaging behavior. Let's let that go.
Remember this is your new chapter, you're in control and you get to decide what's coming along or not.

What responsibilities are actually responsibilities that you are required to do in your day to day?
This is where honesty comes in have you created extra things on your plate that feel like non negotiables but maybe when we look closer they are there because of that dang productivity is self worth lie? Jot them down every responsibility, and be honest what can we leave behind? Reframe the idea that responsibilities suck, assign gratitude to each one. Write that next to the responsibility.

Rhythms- are there things you want to do in life but there's just never enough time? What are they write them down. Be honest what will serve you well? Why do you want to do them? Are they authentic to you or did someone influence that thought. This is getting clear with what makes sense for you, what feeds your soul! You can't do all of the things everyday, that's not helping fight or flight mode. Can we pick a handful of things that feel good to sprinkle in our weeks? They don't need to be daily. Flow- one week maybe you hone in on one thing because it feels right. The next week you ebb and flow between a few. Let it be fluid without ridged expectations. There's the balance.

Anchor points throughout the day- morning, mid day and evening. What practice can you implement in each point of your day that feels like a deep breath, big hug and a recharge?
Morning Affirmations?
Mid day breathwork?
Evening energy release through stretching?
Make it make sense for you, play with ideas check in with your intuition and honesty. Is it dancing like a wackey waving inflatable arm guy for 20 mins to Jock jams? (Guilty 🤪).
Is it finding a guided meditation on YouTube? The idea is to check in with your body, mind and soul with intention and attention.

September 2025 is yours! You deserve to feel grounded, focused, joyous and peaceful!
This is your first step into the best September yet!
The hard things will be there, but you'll conquer them all because this September your checking in, flowing and standing firm in self love. This time your in the driver's seat and you know if you mess up your going to get right back on track!
Leave the guilt and reach for forgiveness.
Leave the sabotaging and pick up grace.
Leave the I have to and replace with I get to.
No more pushing through even when it hurts.
Pause and rest are productive!

It's day one!
Congratulations on your blank canvas! Make it yours!

Heading into fall,
It's a time for reflection.
What are you anchored to in your life? Is it grounding you and serving as a stable foundation or is it holding you captive?
Identifying these things is important but.. not effortless.
Sound healing is the perfect opportunity to pause, and go within. A space to connect with what the busy summer has left you with. A time to feel into the energetic body and really decide what's got to go and where your next step might be.
The energy lately has brought up a lot of brain fog and general not feeling the best even strange dreams. What your feeling is a map- what's it telling you?

Sound healing
Sauna
Yoga
Stretching
Tea
Baths
Massage
Chiropractic care
These are fantastic tools to use in this space as we transition into fall.

Perspective is everything.
As summer wraps up with kiddos going back to school it made me reflect on this summer. I think it's fair as a parent we ask ourselves if we did enough to make their summer amazing. This year I had created a bucket list and I am so glad I did. Here's my proof right here on the paper. We didn't get to do all of the things but we did achieve over half! On top of all the other amazing moments we shared that weren't on the list.
Sometimes we can be really hard on ourselves. So I am learning to set myself up with proof of the good.
This was my proof of the good, to help settle all the doubt in my brain.
So.. let's continue to set ourselves up with proof of the good while we grow and learn how to find it within ourselves.
The road is bumpy enough it's okay to use cheat codes where you can!
