Sound is frequency, there's a reason music moves us deeply, we are energy too! We respond to it, we feel it! Stress is high, go go go and pressure to get those to do lists done.. not to mention hurdles that pop up along the way. Sound healing is such a wonderful modality. The best part is the only thing you need to do is lay back and relax and soak in the sound for it to do its job! What a relief! There's a time and place for movement and an equal need to find a time and place for rest and stillness. When I play the singing bowls it Sounds pretty, but it's not meant to be melodic. I play using my intuition and training to play the excat frequencies that your body needs to help move out stagnant built up energy that's sitting in places that's not serving you. Racing thoughts and brain fog? I will see it most likely in your higher energy points also known as your crown chakra, I can bring some of that down into the lower energy points Like your root chakra to stabilize and ground that energy so you can gain some peace and clarity. I get these notifications often on here and I just dislike it so much, it pushes the idea that where your at just isn't enough... when in reality if I were to sit in a room with 332 people that would be a lot! We'd need a venue to hold us all! Every single one of the 332 people are real humans with unique and beautiful stories... are you kidding me!?! How is that not absolutely freaking awesome!
Don't listen to the algorithms and social media hoopla, you're not defined by likes and follows!

Beliefs and practices are truly to each their own but I wanted to come on here and say that if you see people talking about don't clean today because it will sweep away luck or don't do laundry it will wash away a loved one in this new year. Please use your discernment. Everything is about intention, I am washing clothes and deep cleaning today with the intention of new fresh energy. Washing away the old year paving a way for new energy. Again trust your intuition and use your discernment.
