We’ve been taught to confuse intensity with alignment.

Join me on May 20 at 2:00 PM for another 45-minute Sound Bath inside the salt room at Time For You Healing Center.

This space is designed for deep rest. The combination of halotherapy and sound healing supports the respiratory system, calms the nervous system, and allows the body to settle in a way that’s hard to access in everyday life.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, run down, or just in need of quiet—this is for you.

Sat Nam Grounding turns ONE 🤍

I started this business with a hope that I could create a space where people could slow down, feel safe in their bodies, and heal in a way that felt gentle, honest, and sustainable. I had no idea what the first year would look like, and in many ways I’m still figuring it out as I go, but I am so incredibly grateful for every single person who has trusted me, supported me, referred a friend, come to a class, laid on my table, sat in a sound bath, or simply encouraged me along the way.

This little business has taught me so much about patience, humility, courage, and what it really means to build something from the ground up.

At Time For You Healing Center in Sauk City

We’ll combine halotherapy (salt therapy) with crystal singing bowls and sound healing for a deeply calming and restorative experience. The salt room supports breathing, skin, and immune health, while the sound bath helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring the body into a meditative state.

This session is perfect if you feel stressed, tired, overwhelmed, run down, or just need quiet time to reset.
