Sometimes the hardest part of yoga… is simply starting.

You don’t have to be flexible.You don’t have to be experienced.You just have to show up and take the first breath.

Adding a yoga practice into your week can help reduce stress, ease tension in the body, improve balance and mobility, and create a little space in your day to slow down and reconnect.

Honestly… half yoga, half comedy show.
