[re]FORM Fitness is a specialty fitness studio serving the Prairieville and Baton Rouge areas. We offer a variety of programs to help you transform your mind, body, and fitness. Classes include reformer pilates, barre, TRX, strength training, and yoga, in both group and private formats. Every class is small and personalized to help you reach your fitness goals, and our effective training methods accommodate all fitness levels and abilities.

We are so excited for our November Pilates and Praise happening Sunday November 2nd at 5 pm at PJ's Bayou Paks Pavillion on Hwy 73. We moved it to a bigger spot to hold everyone and our amazing pint-sized vendors! We are featuring our young artisans who will be selling their homemade goods including jewelry, baked goods, art and much more, you don't want to miss it ❤️. We will hear a message from Kid's minister at HPC, Stacey Orihuela and move with a 30 minute Pilates workout.
