Lots of kicking going down today! Day 13 of March MATness is Single Leg Kicks. An exercise that works the posterior chain, your back and hamstrings while stretching the front side, your abs and thighs. Congratulations to the 2026 Team Challenge Winners — Mat-Tastic 4! 🎉

This team made a full 360 turnaround, rising from the bottom of the leaderboard to the very top. Proof that you should never count out the underdog.

They stayed near the bottom until Week 6, then turned it on — traveling to Slidell for an extra race, getting several referrals and collectively losing over 15 pounds. Their total challenge points were 3090!!!

And as if that wasn’t enough… they also took home the prize for Best Team Photo!

Congratulations Taryn, Jennifer, Christine, and Septembre — what an incredible finish! 🎊❤️

Day 12, Swan Dive. A great way to open the front body by stretching the chest, abdominals and hip flexors while working the back body, strengthening the glutes and hamstrings. This is the perfect way to counter sitting at a desk all day. We worked through modifications and advancements of this exercise. Loved the variations with the Arc and Foam Roller! Day 9 - Open Leg Rocker. In my opinion this comes too early but who am I to question Joe? The pros of this exercise is it massages the spine, improves posture and if you nail it you feel like a rockstar. The cons are it’s super hard and requires a good bit of hamstring and back flexibility. Onto day 10 next! reformfitnessprairieville

Got to celebrate the end of our 10th annual Team challenge tonight . We handed out superlatives, and announced the 8 week challenge winners! This challenge is HARD, we expect a lot of each participant and team. Attending 4 classes a week, taking each class format we offer, following a healthy meal plan, inviting friends to class, participating in a 5 and 10K, taking team photos and more. All of this along with work and family life constraints. Win or not, I’m so proud of each team. They stayed consistent, encouraged one another and finished all requirements!!! Each team even lost the 10 pounds to earn the bonus points! Stay tuned to find out who WON!
