If you’re missing a tooth, dental implants can help restore both function and confidence. Unlike dentures or bridges, implants are placed directly into the jawbone, mimicking the natural structure of a tooth. This not only makes them look and feel like real teeth but also helps maintain jawbone health over time.

The ideal time for your teen's wisdom tooth removal is usually in their late teens or early twenties, before they cause pain or complications. At this stage, the roots aren’t fully developed, making the procedure smoother and recovery faster. Even if your teen isn’t experiencing discomfort, an X-ray can reveal if their wisdom teeth are growing in properly or if they could cause future issues like crowding or impaction.

"I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted before heart surgery. I searched for an oral surgeon and found Dr. Josephs. My irrational fear is dentists, oral surgeons, etc, and Dr. Josephs made me feel calm and unafraid to have this procedure. He was very skilled in removing the tooth, he was very kind and caring, and I’m so glad I went to his office. He even called the same night as my procedure to check up on me,.." says Michelle on Google

Dental implants need a solid foundation to integrate with your jawbone, but bone loss can make placement challenging. That's why Dr. Joseph will sometimes recommend a bone graft before dental implant surgery. By rebuilding lost bone, this procedure prepares your jaw for implants, ensuring stability and a natural-looking result. Learn more: www.ascensionoralsurgery.com

Missing teeth shouldn’t hold you back from enjoying life’s best moments. Dental implants give you the freedom to eat all your favorite foods without hesitation. They look and feel like natural teeth, so you can smile confidently in every photo and laugh freely without worrying about gaps or slipping dentures. Strong, secure, and built to last, implants restore more than just your teeth — they bring back your confidence and quality of life.
