Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, the following policy is now in place:

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

At the time of booking, a credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation or no-show policy needs to be enforced.

This policy is necessary to protect appointment availability and ensure the sustainability of what I love to do. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
