Psalm 121:1
has always been a simple reminder to look up when life feels heavy “I lift my eyes to the hills.” It’s a verse about finding support, peace, and strength beyond yourself.

Funny enough, Hills Therapy was just from my name (Hillary.) But over time, this verse has become a sweet little connection… a reminder to myself that I want this space to bring calm, comfort, and a moment to breathe.

But at the end of the day, life’s stresses are temporary but God is an ever-present, all-powerful helper who will protect us through every aspect of our life’s!
