Margaritia knew nursing was the right path when she decided to pursue a stable career where she could truly make a difference in people’s lives. Every day, she shows up with purpose—knowing that residents rely on her and that her presence helps make their days better.
What motivates Margaritia most is the opportunity to provide care, comfort, and healing. She finds deep reward in supporting residents and being part of their journey. One meaningful lesson she’s learned along the way is that a simple smile can go a long way—a small act that can have a big impact.
Many people may not realize that nursing is more than hands-on care. Margaritia is constantly learning and growing, gaining new knowledge and skills every day. Knowing that her work truly makes a difference is what keeps her passionate about her role.
