We will offer you the best education and support services you need to make well informed decisions about your health and care. We would be honored to coordinate your care with additional services when it becomes necessary including specialist referrals, mental health support services, hospital stays, home health care, community services, and other support services. We offer Primary, Direct, & Urgent Care Services. You are welcome to participate in any and all of our healthcare service offerings, from establishing us as your Primary Care Provider to enrolling in on of our Direct Care Membership Plans or walking-in to see us for your Urgent Care needs. One of the biggest advantages of becoming a Direct Care Member is your ability to have direct access to our services which include shorter wait times, access to after hours care, 24/7 confidential communication via text, video, or telephone access.

Effective immediately, Fridays at our clinic will be reserved for specialized services only. We will no longer be open to the general public on Fridays.

🕒 Friday hours will now be dedicated to:
• Industrial Medicine
• Independent Health Fairs
• Group Sports Physicals
• Community Engagement Events
• Continuing Education for Our Team

We remain open to the public Monday through Thursday for all your urgent care and primary care needs!

Grateful. Embracing and reflecting on the anniversary of my 20th year in healthcare this month. A lot to be thankful for. Showing up every day outside of the organizational box to care for you and your family fills my cup more than you could ever know. I live for it and I’m there for it.
