Sip and succulents 🪴🪴we drank fall beverages☕️ and planted some adorable succulents for the residents rooms. The favorite drink was apple cider with a close 2nd being the fall blend coffee with frosted sugar cookie creamer. It was a blast!!

Mission Health Communities is excited to announce a new partnership with Dwyer Workforce Development in Kansas!

This collaboration builds on our successful partnership with Great Jobs KC and marks another inspiring step in supporting our team members’ professional growth and career development.

Through this partnership—and alongside our free CNA training program—Dwyer Scholars will receive personalized wraparound services, including financial support for housing, childcare, and transportation. These resources are designed to remove barriers and help every scholar thrive.

Even better, after one year, scholars ready to advance beyond the CNA role can continue their education with ongoing Dwyer support—opening doors to careers as LPNs, RNs, and even Administrators.
