In an interview posted on Yahoo News about hearing loss being linked to dementia, Dr. Rebecca Younk, Audiologist at Beltone Eau Claire, said staying aware of your hearing can be key to staying on top of things:

“When you start noticing your hearing going…. When you have to ask people what they said if they went into another room, or if you find you can’t hear as well with a lot of background noise… just go and get your hearing checked. Stay aware if things become harder to hear.”

The City of Prattville is excited to announce a new series of events in Spring 2025! Beats and Eats is a collaboration of local food trucks and the raw talent of musicians in our community! The event will take place on the fourth Friday of March-June, from 5-9 p.m. in the Cultural Arts Parking Lot, 203 W. Fourth Street.
