SKINNY IS NOT THE GOAL.
STRONG IS.

Some of y’all have spent YEARS trying to get smaller…
smaller waist.
smaller appetite.
smaller presence.

Meanwhile your body has been asking for:

* nourishment
* recovery
* balanced macros
* muscle support
* energy
* stability

Not starvation.
Not another crash diet.
Not surviving on coffee and protein shakes.

Because health is not built from protein alone.

Especially in autoimmune and high-stress bodies.

A lot of people are under-eating carbs, fearing fats, overtraining, and wondering why they feel exhausted, inflamed, puffy, weak, anxious, or stuck.

ASD Fitness Takes Georgia 🔥

This weekend our crew is headed to Georgia for the DEKA MILE — and this is exactly what ASD is about.

Not perfection.
Not waiting until you “feel ready.”
Not sitting on the sidelines.

Just showing up, putting in the work, and doing hard things together.

From sweaty training sessions…
to early mornings…
to first-time competitors…
to teammates pushing each other every step of the way…

THIS is the culture we’re building. 👊

Some are chasing PRs.
Some are chasing confidence.
Some are just proving to themselves they can.

And honestly? That matters just as much as the medals.

She spends her days and nights creating art for everyone else…
So it was time she finally felt like the masterpiece too. 🖤

Over the last 7 months, this queen has quietly put in the work — no crash diets, no extremes, no chasing “skinny.” Just consistency, patience, strength, and learning to feel good in her own skin again.

20 pounds down.
20 inches gone.
Confidence all the way UP.

And the best part? She didn’t lose herself in the process. No sagging skin. No looking drained. Just stronger, leaner, healthier, and glowing different.

THAT is the goal.

Watching women start standing taller, dressing bolder, booking the photoshoot, posting the picture, walking into rooms differently… that’s why I love what I do.
