Little Peach Pediatric Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to join our ABA clinic team in Prattville. This role is essential to keeping our clinic running smoothly and supporting the families and clinicians we serve.

📍 Location: Prattville ABA Clinic
1805 Station Dr. Prattville, AL 36066

⏰ Schedule (must be available):
Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
(This is a fixed schedule and requires consistent early-morning availability.)

What we’re looking for:
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Professional and friendly communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, pediatric environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare billing/collections position is highly preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with early start times

This position reports directly to our ABA Administrative Director and plays a critical role in supporting our behavioral health services and clinic operations.
