Day 2 at the First Annual NPOP Conference was a success for the Kairos NP Krew!

The morning started with Brittney’s mom leading an immersive sound bath experience sharing the benefits of sound therapy. Jen won a giveaway basket while Tyler brought home the big prize from Henig Furs and Nurse Practitioner Alliance of Alabama

We also got to engage in some nice conversations with local and state leaders. Representative Pebblin Warren, Sheriff Jay Jones, Representative Kristin Nelson, Mayor Ron Anders, Senator Jay Hovey, and City Council representative for Ward 3 and Mayor Pro Tem, Beth Witten all came out this Sunday to support NPs and discuss why it is important to work together on policy.

Continued education and advocacy is important but we most look forward to seeing our wonderful patients this week!

We had a wonderful day presenting at the First Annual Nurse Practitioner on the Plains Conference. We loved sharing our passion for aesthetics and entrepreneurship with fellow NPs.

Tyler Till, CRNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in advanced clinical care, bringing a highly personalized, results-driven approach to hormone optimization and weight management.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has been certified as a nurse practitioner since 2015. Tyler’s background in emergency medicine and oncology has equipped her with a deep understanding of complex physiology, allowing her to approach patient care with precision, safety, and a comprehensive clinical perspective.

At Kairos, Tyler specializes in helping patients restore balance, improve metabolic health, and achieve sustainable results through individualized treatment plans. Her approach goes beyond symptom management—focusing on identifying root causes, optimizing hormones, and creating long-term strategies that support energy, body composition, and overall wellness.

Known for her thoroughness and attention to detail, Tyler takes the time to truly understand each patient’s goals, providing education, guidance, and ongoing support throughout their journey.
