Today, we honor all who have served — the brave men and women who’ve sacrificed so much for our freedom. 🇺🇸

Veterans Day holds a special place in our hearts. We want to honor the many patients and/or their families who have sacrificed so much. We extend an extra thank you to one of our favorite veterans, Brittney’s mom, Julia. She served as a medic in the Air Force for 21 years. Watching her strength, compassion, and dedication to caring for others is what inspired Brittney’s own path into healthcare.

To all Veterans, thank you for your courage and sacrifice.❤️🤍💙

Everyday is a good day to reflect and find gratitude but Sundays are even a better day for that.

A time to reflect on the past week as we prepare for the week ahead.

As we often reflect on the journey of one of the things that always comes to mind first is the amount of love and support from patients. You all are the heartbeat of our purpose. Thank you for allowing us to love what we do everyday!

October always reminds me of the start of a pivotal personal journey that fueled my passion for the love of peptides!

3 years ago I started my own journey with Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) and for months I documented every symptom, improvement, ounce lost, and detail of my journey to ensure I understood it all at the personal level.

I wanted to lose 15 lbs that had gotten harder to lose since my second pregnancy. I lost that and some, but gained more knowledge than any research could have given me, an appreciation for both weight loss and weight gain, a deeper understanding of the importance of confidence within, and a greater connection with patients in their treatment management.

Since October 2022, I have been fortunate to witness many patient testimonies, grow to love peptides more, all while still taking my Tirzepatide to document personal long-term use and maintain the benefits.

GLP-1 and GIP medications are now well-known terms but there are many other options too. This is why we prioritize tailored patient care listening to your specific needs. It is often a multi-system issue and we want to treat the whole you for greater and long-lasting results!

From our Prattville location to our TWO new locations, his work has been in them all! We are thrilled to share with you that come November 2025 Kairos Aesthetics & Wellness will have locations in Prattville, Eclectic AND Montgomery!

We are so excited to extend our services to these areas making it more convenient for all of our tri-county patients! We truly have been blessed by the warm welcome of both locations and their owners!
