We’re excited to officially introduce Sojorne Care, formerly known as Great Leaps

While our name has changed, our mission remains the same: providing compassionate, high-quality ABA therapy that supports each child’s growth, independence, and success.

At Sojorne Care, we are dedicated to helping children reach meaningful milestones through individualized, evidence-based care. Our team is passionate about creating a supportive environment where every child and family feels seen, heard, and empowered.

This rebrand marks a new chapter for us, but our commitment to the families we serve will always remain at the heart of everything we do.
We’re so excited for what’s ahead and grateful to continue this journey with you!
