To The Girls In Gray with
Thank you for allowing me the privilege and honor of being your guide on Sunday. “Inhale the Future, “Exhale the Past,” event was one for the books. Thanks to for a beautiful,inviting space.

We moved for an hour, and free journaled for after that. It was beautiful and inspiring.

The Girls in Gray are doing big things in our Quad City Community. A Women’s Support Group for those of us struggling with mental health issues(long-term, situational, episodic, chronic, etc). The Girls in Gray meet the last Tuesday of every month(4/29-tomorrow) at 6:30 p.m. in the Holiday Inn Rock Island. Follow the signage. This group not only focuses on community support but there is also a licensed counselor on site. They host events every couple of months.
