Many of the young women who have come to us arrive feeling like they have very little choice or agency in their own lives. We help them discover confidence, get healthy physically, and empower them to find their strength!

The beautiful thing is -once they find their voice, they often find the joy and laughter that they never thought they would have again.

While most of us are asleep, Marcy is wide awake ensuring our clients are safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. As one of our dedicated overnight team members, Marcy plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance and safety standards that keep our program running smoothly 24/7. That is why Marcy is a COMPLIANCE CHAMPION.

Overnight staff consistently follows all required overnight documentation procedures, from timely and accurate bed checks to incident reporting and shift notes. Their attention to detail ensures that we remain fully aligned with state regulations and internal policies.

Overnight staff provide regular environmental and bed checks are completed with precision and care—ensuring client safety, identifying concerns early, and maintaining a secure environment at all times.

Every ride at MMYTC begins with safety, preparation, and compliance at the forefront. From helmets and boots, to reporting standards and safety checks- every detail matters when it comes to ensuring well-being and maintaining the highest standards.

-Helmets are required and provided for all riders.
-Sturdy equine boots keep our clients safe in the saddle.
-Routine inspections ensure saddles, stirrups, and tack are secure and in compliance with our safety protocols.
-Clean, organized arenas and barns help us maintain a safe environment for both equines and humans.
-Our equine team models compliance through required ongoing safety and equine training.
-Any safety concern, no matter how small, is reported and reviewed under our Compliance and Risk Management Policies to prevent recurrence and promote accountability and safety.
-Equine health, diet and veterinary care are carefully maintained to ensure compliance with local, State and Federal regulations and standards.

When it comes to our equine services, compliance is how we care. We have a great herd, and an excellent group of compliance-driven cowgirls!

Yesterday, our Compliance Department hosted a fun game of Compliance Jeopardy with representatives from each department going head-to-head to test their knowledge in Compliance & Ethics-related subjects! These games reinforced competency within policy, process, HIPAA, quality of care, environment standards and safety. The team names were as follows:
• “Compliance Avengers” – Group Living Department *WINNERS*
• “HIPAA Me Baby One More Time” – Nursing Department
• “Regal Regulators” – Support Services Department
• “Chart Chargers” – Clinical Department
