On a beautiful Wednesday afternoon, June 4th, the thunderous rain gave way to radiant sunshine—just in time for Granite Orthopaedics’ highly anticipated groundbreaking of their new state-of-the-art facility in north Prescott.

The 7,500-square-foot building, located at the intersection of Lakeside Village and Willow Lake Road, marks a significant milestone for the practice. Construction is being managed by Reserve Builders, LLC, with completion anticipated in 2026.

In attendance were members of the Granite Orthopaedics team, including Dr. W. Lee Richardson, Dr. Evan Simonson, and Dr. Richard Bassett. Also pictured is George Rothfuss of Reserve Builders, LLC, ceremoniously holding the golden shovel as the project officially commenced.

Let the building begin!
