On this walk you’ll hear about all of Ocotillo’s qualities for medicine and food, and get some info on how to prepare it yourself. Happy Monday yall!! What’s blooming in your neck of the woods? We are so excited the scent of lilac is filling the air…I once made Lilac Wine…maybe it’s time to try lilac honey? The medicine quality of Lilac is questioned, but we know for sure it’s astringent…maybe we should also make a toner for skin? Do you have any Lilac recipes you love?
